FAQS AND HOW TO'S

Carefully pick up the lashes using our tweezers BELOW the glue line on the strands of lash. Then simply hook the pre glued cluster UNDER your natural lash careful not to place it on the lash line (because then you will feel it when blinking). Start from the inside of your eye and work out slowly, check out our lash map page for suggestions on your eye type LINK to lash map. Once you have one eye complete, gently squeeze your lashes and clusters together to lock them in place using your finger. Gently pulling your fingers away making sure you don't pull the clusters with you. Let them set and avoid getting them wet for 12 hours.

Hop in the shower and let the steam and warm water do the work. Once the glue softens your lashes will gently slide right off. No pulling, no tugging, no drama. Alternatively, hold a warm facecloth against your eyes for a minute or two to get the same effect. Your natural lashes will thank you.

100%. These were made with beginners in mind. The first time can feel a little fiddly while you figure out how to pick up the clusters and work out which lengths suit your eye shape, but after that you will be away laughing. And if you get stuck, we are always here. DM us, email us, or we will literally jump on a FaceTime with you. No judgement, ever.

Our glue contains: Polyisobutylene, Hydrogenated Styrene/Butadiene Copolymer, Polyacrylic Acid, Paraffinum Liquidum, and Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate.

In plain English? A gentle, flexible adhesive made specifically for the eye area.

Each set is made to last up to 10 days, so one box gets you a solid month of wear. How you treat them makes a big difference though. When washing your face, work around the lashes rather than over them. Avoid rubbing your eyes too. Funny enough, a few of our customers say wearing our lashes has actually helped them break that habit because they don't want to knock them off! Our glue is tacky rather than hard, so if a lash gets disturbed it'll come away cleanly without taking your natural lashes with it. And if one does fall off, just pop another one on and keep going.

This usually means the cluster has been placed on top of or too close to your lash line rather than underneath it. When applied correctly you should not feel a thing. Try removing that cluster and reapplying, this time hooking it underneath your natural lashes rather than sitting it on your lash line. That little adjustment makes all the difference. So easy to use! These are my go-to for everyday wear. Super quick to apply, nicely shaped clusters, fast dispatch! Definitely suitable for beginners.

Im no longer able to get salon extensions due to developing allergic reactions so i was really excited to get these. Put them on first day! By the morning 2 had fallen off so reapplied more and they were looking promising. I have a silk pillowcase and eye mask at night to protect them from moving. Unfortunately most of one side slid straight off night of day 3. Bit guttered that my money has gone to waste. However, they are really nice on and would be perfect for events.

Looks amazing and is easy to apply. But they don’t last 10 days more like 2-3 days even if you don’t get them wet in the first 12 hours!

Absolutely in LOVE with these clusters! Had only done one eye when I looked in the mirror and was shocked with how fluffy and full they looked and felt! I genuinely felt like I had just been and gotten my lashes done at a salon. They’ve lasted about a week so far and still look amazing! (Obviously ended up doing both eyes haha absolutely OBSESSED!!)

I have always struggled with strip lashes and glue as I have hooded eyelids. These were so incredibly easy to apply and lasted well over a week. Have already ordered a second lot as I know they will become a firm staple. Highly reccomend.

These are so easy to put on. First time It took me some getting used to, and i struggled with my right hand side. But then i got it and now its easy as, i will be buying more soon

The lash quality is really nice and came super fast however not a fan of the glue strip i found it very tacky and heavy the lashes only lasted a day wont be buying again - sensitive eyes

I really wanted these to be great. Unfortunately they are so hard to get out of the box that I'm not even sure if they're any good. I gave up trying before I could even get them on my eyes. The back of the lashes are stuck in the box too close to the adhesive so it is almost impossible to get them out without the adhesive getting stuck to the lash tweezers - and once that happens they are ruined. I have no issues using cluster lashes with brush on adhesive and bond so I'm not a complete newbie, but I could not get these to work without ruining almost every one of them. I can only give one star because I didn't even get to wear them so have no idea how they last etc.

Thanks for the feedback, though I'm sorry this is the first we're hearing of it. We would have loved the chance to help you before it got to this point. We answer every email and we've even hopped on FaceTime with customers to walk them through application, so please always reach out.

The good news is this is fixable. I'm emailing you a short video showing how to correctly pick up the lashes, which is where some people get stuck the first time. It makes a big difference. Id love to know what kind of tweezers you are using to pick them up, our precision tweezers are angled exactly for this reason. The reason our lashes last so long is because of our tacky glue, which just means we need to be super careful when picking them up.

If you've watched it and they're still not behaving, let me know and I'll send you a courier bag to return your box. We'll test that batch ourselves to rule out anything specific to your box.
